Miss V Canvas, In Process

Veronica loves lakes, the lakes of Canada especially, so I knew I wanted to feature something to do with lakes. (Also my poem, previous blog, inspired a lot of this canvas.)
These are my own photos, tweaked a WHOLE LOT in photoshop, from our Labor Day camping trip to Woods Canyon Lake. Beneath these photos is the balsa wood, to create a kind of dimensional platform. This Miss V was quite dictatorial about what she wanted for herself in this canvas, including all the beading (note belt).
