Mail Art for Cecil

My poor buddy Cecil -- I have yet to send him anything that wasn't completely whacked out!!! Here is the latest, on a piece of 12" x 14" cardboard from a recently received order of papers and goodies. I had to scan the sides in 2 parts!!
